Job Description

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis kebutuhan konsumen
  • Menyimpan catatan akurat yang berkaitan dengan inventaris dan catatan akun
  • Menyelesaikan keluhan atau kebutuhan klien
  • Bertanggung jawab menjaga kepuasan pelanggan atau klien yang ada saat ini dan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi mereka
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk bekerja sama dengan tim sales atau Account Executive dalam rangka mengintegrasikan klien baru dan mempertahankan klien lama

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan min SMA
  • Berpengalaman sebagai Agen Call Center (Penjualan Outound) Min. 1 tahun
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan intonasi suara yg halus dan ramah
  • Memiliki keterampilan dalam Excel/Spreadsheet, Formulir Google, CRM
  • Keterampilan dalam Sistem IRS (Be a good point)

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Rp4,000,000 - Rp4,600,000 per month

Education:

  • SMA/SMU/SMK (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Account Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
