Job Description

Be part of the operations team in planning and coordinating botanical night experience in Bogor Botanical Garden

Manage all production requirements for Botanical Night Experience including application of necessary permits dan licenses

Project operations planning and administration which include pre-program preparation, onsite execution and post program closing

On site set up supervision and management from fabrication to activation for Botanical Night Experience

Technical supervision and management, including for audio, video, lightning, electrical and related requirements

Develop marketing strategies that will improve sales and revenue performance

Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on event day

Risk assessment, safety regulations and process management
Degree in tourism, event management or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in project/production management or a similar role

Relevant experience and knowledge in set construction, audio, video, lightning, electrical and related requirements

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills and follow up with internal design and program teams

Strong Supplier management and quality control to ensure supplier deliver high quality service

Good organisational techniques with attention to details

Highly organized and able to multitask.
