Replying to online chats and emails

Receiving customer calls

Inputting data

Going to schools for training the teacher

We expect you to have :
Experiences in Customer Service of B2B for at least 2 years.

Strong communication, intrapersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills.

High competency working with Computer.

Highly conscientious.

High mobility [having SIM C] and have their own motorbikes

Big bonus if you have :
Experiences on working with Teachers.

Having fast and accurate typing skills

Knowledge about Indonesian EdTech sector.

Not born in Jakarta ;)
