Job Description

Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments

Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms

File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners

Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports

Develop and maintain a filing system

Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders

Make travel arrangements

Document expenses and hand in reports

Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Minimum Diploma degree in Secretary/ Business Administration

Fresh Graduate from Secretary can apply with internship experience

Experienced minimum 2 years in Go Public Company

Neat and Regular

Good in personality and communication skill

Capable in handling tight deadlines and multitasking job

Have experiences in handle public administration related to regulatory BAPPEBTI, ICDX, and JFX is a plus

Able to operate MS Office

Fluent in English both oral and written and in neat appearance

Understand well the administration system and company archives

Have good ability to communicate both oral and written

Has the ability in terms of work related to capital market institutions such as BAPPEBTI, ICDX, and JFX

Able to work fast
