Job Description
Planning and organizing:
Develop and implement all aspects of Ax marketing strategy and promotion plan, aligned with Global/Regional plan
Propose marketing budget for developing an Ax budget plan
Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge for the Ax portfolio
Maintain close cooperation within the organization including (but not limited to) Medical Trainer Manager, Area Manager, Product Specialist, Finance Department, Compliance Department and Cx team
Assist the Ax Commercial Director to coordinate with and recommend to country and regional logistics to ensure continuous supply and availability of products.
Understand and give feedback on market and competitive landscape including competitors' marketing efforts
Establish new product planning
Propose pricing for existing and new products
Maintain close relationship with relevant medical association and Key Opinion Leaders
Communicate and ensure that the promotional team has the information and the tools they require to be competent & confident in their roles
Implementation, Coordination and Monitoring
Responsible to make sure that all marketing activities are align with global compliance and HCP compliance.
Monitor competitive products promotion activities and recommend specific measures and actions to counter competitive activity.
Continually review Ax product progress with Commercial Director and Area Manager to initiate corrective measures where necessary.
Liaise with vendors or agencies on the development and timely delivery of promotional materials
Regularly communicate core product messages to promotional team, ensure that marketing program are effectively implemented in the field
Ensure that product promotion expenditures are within the budgetary limits
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Biomedical and above.
At least 3 years of work experience in similar function. Experiences in aesthetic market will be an advantage
Experience in market research and data analysis, managing and forecasting Promotional & Marketing budgets
Able to understand the marketing aspects of the therapeutic areas
Comfortable discussing Ax products with senior Key Opinion Leaders, clinicians and colleagues
Good datavanalytical skills
Ability to improve continuously with creative and resourceful problem solving.
Good level of communication (oral and written) in English
