A successful applicant would analyse the department administrative needs for the services function.
As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
Receives, reviews contract/po.
Receives, reviews, and enters service tickets.
Facilitates resolution of inquiries and customer concerns related to invoices.
May deal with sales, operation and supply chain department.
May deal with multiple product line(s) and handle multiple or single entity support.
Handles special projects, as assigned.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/ GED)
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in administration jobs
Have an advanced level of English communication skills
Have a proven knowledge using SAP
Be able to show a good working knowledge of computer skills

The role requires 80% at office and remaining time at home. Remote working for remaining 20% from home based on managers approval.
