A successful applicant would analyse the department administrative needs for the services function.

As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Receives, reviews contract/po.

  • Receives, reviews, and enters service tickets.

  • Facilitates resolution of inquiries and customer concerns related to invoices.

  • May deal with sales, operation and supply chain department.

  • May deal with multiple product line(s) and handle multiple or single entity support.

  • Handles special projects, as assigned.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/ GED)

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in administration jobs

  • Have an advanced level of English communication skills

  • Have a proven knowledge using SAP

  • Be able to show a good working knowledge of computer skills

  • The role requires 80% at office and remaining time at home. Remote working for remaining 20% from home based on managers approval.
