Job Description

Memonitor performance Customer Care Agent secara daily terkait transaksi, baik ketepatan jawaban maupun performa service

Memastikan script dan prosedur jawaban Agent sudah sesuai dengan standar

Mengevaluasi temuan pada recording dan menerapkan tindakan koreksi yang tepat

Membuat report hasil temuan pada recording

Memberikan rekomendasi coaching dan training atas performance Customer Care Agent , sehingga bisa improve dari waktu kewaktu

Memastikan recovery call berjalan dengan baik

Memastikan handling yang baik oleh agent dengan sedikitnya antrian telepon yang masuk, dikarenakan semua call in bisa di handle

Membuat form penilaian QA
Minimal pendidikan S1, Semua jurusan

Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun pada posisi Layanan, Customer Care, Customer Service, Service Quality

Menguasai dengan ahli penggunaan Ms. Office, terutama penggunaan Ms. Excel, Word dan Power Point

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mudah untuk beradaptasi di lingkungan baru

Memiliki kemampuan memecahkan masalah yang baik
