  • Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Teknik (Mesin, Industri, Civil, Pangan ataupun Kimia
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun sebagai Factory Manager
  • Lebih diutamakan jika mempunyai pengalaman di indsutri manufaktur
  • Leadership yang mendukung, proaktif, dan kemampuan belajar yang memadai
