About The Job: Work closely with senior talent acquisition partners or leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, develop creative sourcing and hiring strategies to build strong pipelines
Assist the recruiting team in scheduling/coordinating a wide variety of interviews across the organization
Partake in recruitment syncs and cross-department meetings to understand hiring needs and planning and aid in sourcing candidates
Learn the ropes of outbound sourcing through use of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, and other social platforms
Assist employer branding initiatives and partnerships through collaboration with HR and the broader talent team
Shadow recruiting screens and hiring manager intake meetings to learn the structure of interview planning and interview etiquette
About You: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A strong interest in building a career in the field of Talent Acquisition
Attention to detail, follow-up, and excellent organizational skills
Flexibility and willingness to tackle a wide variety of projects in an ever-changing startup environment
Examine and investigate all variances from target to avoid bigger lost in both cost and time consumed.
