Key Duties And responsibilities
1. Contribute to the achievement of the service sales target
2. Manage sales leads/opportunities: update, response time, follow up (lead and quotation), forecasting
3. Maintain a pipeline of opportunities for accurate forecasting
4. CRM (Salesforce) utilization and discipline
5. Support Product Sales for service offering
6. Support marketing campaign
7. Service part management
8. Depot/In-house repair order management
9. Perform sales activities and planning (call, online meeting, etc)
10. Weekly and monthly reporting to Team Leader
