We are looking for Corporate Communications Executive who based in Jakarta.


HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Corporate Communication Executive is responsible to implement the company’s media exposure strategy, for both conventional and digital channels. This role is also responsible to contribute to the development, coordination, and implementation of communications output that supports the company’s business and goals, also support PMI's strategic direction around a smoke-free future.

1. Responsible for providing support primarily to the External Communications Manager, in the successful coordination and completion of increasing awareness, support advocacy, traditional and social media initiatives, and other responsibilities related to communications.
2. Develop and deliver corporate materials (briefing documents, media releases, social media content, corporate advertising/advertorial).
3. Coordinate media monitoring service and act as the first point of contact for media and external inquiries received through the Sampoerna Corporate Contact mailbox and/or other sources, including drafting written responses and conducting follow-up with journalists.
4. Assist projects, activities, and communication channels, within the framework of developed strategies, media collaterals, corporate materials such as briefing document, media release, speeches, Q&A, corporate advertising/advertorial.
5. Bring big ideas to life to drive the company’s ultimate goal through clear, compelling, and connected objectives across multiple touchpoints
6. Combine compliance, creativity, and effectiveness through a strong understanding of stakeholders' engagement.
7. Monitor and coordinate the budget spend to deliver the objectives of Communications, including regular and timely budget coordination with Strategic Planning and with the External Communications Manager.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Require a minimum of Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of corporate and external communications experience
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in digital PR or content marketing role
  • Native Bahasa speaker, articulate, and excellent communication and writing also editorial skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent project management skills maintain constant communication with colleagues across the department and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong presentation skills possess the ability to make different audiences understand complex ideas/concepts; is a confident speaker
  • Media savvy, good relationship with journalists
  • Ability to work with various stakeholders, including managing grassroots’ community and continue maintaining good media relations
  • Have a good understanding of company business
  • Experience in creating strategy and communications plans to drive stakeholder engagement, translating ideas into actions
  • Experience in running campaigns with a good understanding of audiences, channels, content, and engagement principles
