Job Description

As a Head of Learning, you will be expected to:

  • Create and execute learning programs for training


  • Evaluate individual and organizational training development needs


  • Design and deliver training programs both offline and online


  • Assess the success of development plans and conduct training needs analysis

The Successful Applicant

To be Head of Learning, you will need:

  • Strategic mindset
  • Previous experience in training, development, or learning division
  • 5 years experience of start-up/ similar environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience as a trainer is an added point
  • Tech-savvy
