Job Description
Manage Lazada Business Operation System & Ecosystem
Drive and organize local resource on project tasks and collaborate with Regional counterpart on new project implementation, adhoc task, process improvement
Understand and contribute to the technology product vision and roadmap by working with Local and Regional Business and PD on system improvement and enhancement
Manage risk by proactively driving cross-functional department to identify risk/issue/problem, propose mitigation plans to overcome the obstacle
Identify, collect, and analyze business insights, and turning into a product design proposal for incremental improvements for existing or future products with scalable results
Provide day to day operations support related to Operation System
Job Requirements
Master/Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management.
Min. 4 years of experience in large scale enterprise system or systems with a complex business logic from Consultancy or eCommerce business background is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of SDLC methodology and Project Management, candidate with certification is an advantage (i.e. PMP, Scrum, etc.).
Experience in System Integration, End to End Testing and Deployment.
Excellent track record in working in a fast-paced environment with an effective method or
Skilled at working effectively and collaboratively with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English in writing and speaking, additional skill in mandarin is a plus.
Knowledge in web programming such as Javascript and query language SQL is a plus
