Integrate Manufacturing & Engineering initiatives by understanding the tasks/issues, evaluate manufacturing processes, developing processes & methods, coordinating with functional team to implement the activities to produce excellent quality product within the stipulated timeline.
  • Involve actively in Manufacturing & Engineering initiatives related to Quality, Productivity, Cost & Scalability
  • Evaluate manufacturing critical processes, conduct research by analyzing data's, modify, design a robust process to improve quality & productivity
  • Prepares manufacturing indicator reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Closely monitor the quality & Productivity indicators such as CE/SS, Manufacturing errors, MLT, OTD, non-compliances, raise the flag & take the lead to work out on improvement.
  • Intensely involve in audit preparation, participate during audit & work on action items closure
  • Develop detail process flow, WIP Flow & transaction flow for any Adhoc activities to prevent errors.
  • Be expert in reporting tools such as Tableau, Test reports, quality & planning reports.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, continue getting updated with latest Technology, participate in professional activities with other functional team.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
