  • Memahami formula excel dan terbiasa mengoperasikan Ms. Office
  • Terbiasa mengolah / mengerjakan bank data
  • Terbiasa mengelola database

Job Description

  • Melakukan aktivitas pengarsipan dan pendistribusian surat-surat
  • Update database distrik dan membuat laporan rutin (weekly, monthly, dan laporan incidental)
  • Mengkoordinir dan melaksanakan kegiatan pelaporan (Pembuatan proposal, insentif dan itinerary Field Force, dll)
  • Mengelola petty cash dan biaya-biaya advance distrik
  • Melaksanakan standard sistem manajemen yang berlaku.
