Job Description

(1 – 3 Years Experience)

Scope of Work

  • Prepare bidding and contract documents and agreement letters
  • Prepare legal documents related to projects
  • Review legal documents from client or vendor
  • Issue IO, SLO, NIDI, Net Metering permits of company’s products used for projects
  • Review contract documents for technicians

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law
  • Min. 1 year experience in handling bidding and contract documents and agreement letters
  • Have experience in e-bidding and familiar with government bidding documents
  • Have experience in vendor list documents including CSMS
  • Understand filing and records management

  • Agile, great attention to detail
  • Multitasking, fast learner, and high curiosity
  • Good in communicating with others
  • Proactive, able to work under minimum supervision
  • Well-planned and well-organized
  • Have passion in business law and administration

Plus Point if you

  • Concentrated in Business Law
  • Have work experience as a Legal Officer in the field of energy / EPC
  • Have basic knowledge of PLTS regulation in Indonesia
  • TOEFL score > 500 / equivalent
