Job Summary

The role is Develop and Implement sales strategy within assigned geographical territory / country through first line managers. Also in some markets, they may have other direct reports from Operations, Global accounts, business controllers etc.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • EHS and Facilities
  • Central point of control in regard to all warehouse EHS requirements
  • Work with Facilities Management to ensure the administration and coordination of site requirements are exactitude in a timely manner.
  • Coordination and facilitation of any general projects and events related to the warehouse
  • Executes process control
  • Updates and executes system transactions relevant to each control point continuously and accurately in the area of responsibility within the warehouse.
  • Maintains warehouse controls to ensure effective operations in the relevant area of responsibility.
  • Ensures warehouse control processes are in place in order to prevent any possible financial loss.
  • Handles customer queries
  • Investigates customer queries and deviations to the operational process to resolve issues raised timeously such as customer returns and LPS.
  • Provide support to customer service center, regular engagement, timely
  • Actively engage and partner with the customer service center to provide timely feedback and response on all service center queries.
  • Documents all relevant internal customer queries in hard and electronic format according to policy and procedure requirements.
  • Maintains administrative reporting
  • Maintains document filing system for all relevant warehouse processes to ensure availability to information on request.
  • Implements, tracks and maintains document control processes in the relevant section of the warehouse.
  • Reconciles source data and documentation to prepare daily KPI reports and presentations to line management team and for audit purposes.
  • Keep control of inventory and engage with suppliers to provide quotations for day to day expenses and present them for management approval
  • Supports warehouse operations management team by providing data and information to support warehouse KPIs.
