Job posting end date:
This role is responsible for Quote and Order Management and will be located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining Ariba accounts and Supplier Portal.

Provide regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding the status of customers' purchase orders.

Preparing invoice or credit notes paperwork as required and submit to customers in timely basis.

Implements quality assurance and quality control documentation in accordance with Metso: Outotec supply quality standards and procedures.

Actively participate in weekly team meetings and updates.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Able to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders

Detail understanding of quotation and order fulfillment processes

Basic understanding of relevant technologies

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Proven customer handling skills and a customer satisfaction focus

Proven accuracy with ERP (SAP) / PDM-systems / CRM system / Ariba

Working knowledge of verbal and written English, fluent in local language
