Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Food Technology or equivalent
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field in QA / QC
Have experience working in the food industry
Have knowledge about GMP, ISO, HACCP, SNI, HALAL, and BPOM
Have experience in handling audit
Max 35 years old
Excellent to operate computer (MS Office, etc), and having knowledge to arrange and organize files and documents
Able to work independently as an individual or in a team
Applicants must be willing to work in our factory in Kaserangan,Ciruas
Full-Time position(s) available

Responsibilities:

Ensure the quality of the goods received in accordance with the standards and specifications given
Make daily production reports
Analyze the material that has been received before being processed in production
Have knowledge, management and handling of GMP, ISO, HACCP, SNI, HALAL, and BPOM audits
Prepare documents and training for 5R, ISO, HACCP, SNI, HALAL, and BPOM
Ensuring employees to always work in accordance with SOPs, food safety, and GMP standards
Communicating with related parties regarding material and processing problems so that all products produced comply with GMP standards
Monitor the product manufacturing process from start to finish
