Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Create and design Social Media Campaigns and routine content for Traveloka's employer branding social media channels; Instagram, Linkedin, Medium, Twitter, Youtube, and Spotify to promote Traveloka's Employer Value Propositions (EVP)
  • Channel Management: Monitor and measure Traveloka's employer branding communication platform's performance such as conversion rate, engagement rate, and brand sentiment.
  • Media Planning: Develop monthly content analysis and agenda planning to communicate Traveloka's EVP and culture values
  • Perform regular content updates and analysis on Traveloka's career website to attract the right talents.
  • Media Monitoring: Perform Active employer brand communication market research and competitor analysis to ensure campaign effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Media related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Marketing and communications, Social media, or content marketing related roles.
  • Overseas graduate from the UK, United States, Australia, or Singapore is preferable.
  • Expert project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experienced in Multimedia production, Creative Content Writing, Visual Design, and Media Planning.
  • Strong agile problem solving and critical analysis skills
  • Fluent speaking and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Expert interpersonal communication skills
