We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help our customers install applications and programs.
Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant field
Minimum 2 years experience in Production Support field
Deep knowledge in Linux OS, VM, Docker and Kubernetes
Having knowledge in Google Cloud Platform and/or Azure Cloud Platform is a plus
Familiar with SQL Queries, Join, Procedure, Index, Trigger and SQL Fundamental, knowledge in noSQL is an advantage
Understand network traffic, storage, and APIs (REST, SOAP)
Responsible for improving production process operations.
ã»Perform cause analysis when a problem occurs.
ã»Explain the improvement measures to the customer.
