Manulife Indonesia Agency Recruitment is responsible to lead strategic recruitment especially from Industry and Bankers experiences to drive agency ambition in expanding the business size and manpower.

We are looking for someone with:

  • University Degree graduated.
  • Minimum 10 years experiences in Agency Management, such as Recruitment, Sales, Training & Development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel etc)
  • Strong in Collaboration Skill, Communication Skill, Influence and Persuasion Skill.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa

Nice to Haves:

  • Background in Agency Management / Recruitment / Trainer plus points

On the job you will:

Strategic recruitment

  • Focus to recruits:
  • Experience & performing Leaders / agents coming from the Industry
  • Professional Bankers
  • Identify the target segments (i.e. millennials experiences industry leaders & bankers etc) and profile of recruits and ensure initiatives and cross-functional plans are aligned to execute the target segment recruitment objectives
  • Outreach strategic recruitment of professional bankers, experiences teams/leaders from industry, included the interview session, negotiation process and until onboarding process
  • Develop and update pipeline of strategic recruitment on a monthly basis
  • Be responsible for driving our inorganic growth program – including getting necessary internal approval on recruitment business case and taking initiatives to drive the best outcome in negotiating with potential candidates
  • Closely work with Territory Heads (including CAO), General Agency Owners (including Head of GA Partnership) and with in achieving the recruitment goals and ensuring there are no impediments for them to successful onboard the recruits as per the defined target segments
  • Working very closely with Head of Recruitment Financing & onboarding and Agency strategic team, in regards-to prepare attractive financing scheme for the candidates

Planning, Monitoring and Governance

  • Endorse the short-term and long-term recruitment strategy for agency channel
  • Coordinate and monitor the effective planning and execution of recruitment initiatives
  • Review and endorse the strategic recruitment guidelines, policies and processes
  • Monitoring the overall performance financing leaders, and conducting one on one session with GA Owner together with Head of GA to support and help the candidate to become more successful
  • Develop recruitment and support KPIs to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of each function
  • Periodic reporting to Chief Agency Officer & Head of Agency Recruitment, Training & Development on Recruitment activities, costs, and performance as well as progress against KPIs and distribution channels’ target goal and objective.

Day to Day Operations

  • Drive high quality local operational recruiting strategy to ensure the processes are excellence
  • Ensure the sourcing pipeline continuously, and segmented candidate
  • Intensively searching any potential leader/teams from industry and bankers, get referral from GA Owners, Branches leaders, etc
  • Review and evaluate recruitment financing programs, performance

Personal Development

  • Undertake relevant training and personal development course as mapped by HR Department
  • Comply with any specific responsibilities necessary as outlined by HR Department and ensure keep up to date with developments in these areas

  • Create sustainable improvements in Recruitment
  • Lead and supervise the performance of the team in doing projects for processes improvement so that projects can be completed on time with results as expected
