Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
1-2 years of experience in Risk Management and/or Data Analysis
Strong logical thinking skills and able to produce informed judgements with minimum information/data
Strong in SOP building, governance principles (maker/checker), highly informed with operational metrics (SLA, expections, escalations).
Familiarity with live chat/Marketplace chat/Call center systems (zendesk, livechat, chatbot, etc) is a plus.
