Job Description

Ensure completeness and update employee or expert data both hardcopy and softcopy (excel and HRIS system).

Monitor the expiration of the employment contract / work agreement of employees and experts.

Make letters related to Transfers, Promotions, Demotions, Work Certificates, Internal Memos and others.

Ensure the completeness of remuneration components for permanent and contract employees (allowances, absences, leave, overtime, incentives, BPJS, loans, insurance).

Ensure the completeness of remuneration components for experts (attendance, practice fees & other fees) according to the agreement and/or scheme.

Carry out the process of calculating employee salaries and expert fees according to existing salary components and applicable regulations and paying them on time.

Responsible for the calculation of BPJS Health, BPJS Employment, and Pph21 for employees as well as employee insurance.

Ensure that all BPJS for employee are active
Min. D3 from a reputed university

Preferably have 1 year of work experience related to BPJS management and income tax

Understand labor regulations

Has a conscientious personality, has integrity, and is able to maintain confidential data

Experienced in calculating salary using HRIS

Able to complete tasks on time according to deadlines
