Responsibilities:

    • Performing analysis for commercial DD, to support the business decision process and adhoc project
    • Design financial models (budget allocation, business plan, investment ROI) to support corporate strategic planning activity
    • Perform company, industry, market, and competitor research and due diligence
    • Perform end-to-end M&A activities, includes sourcing new investments, performing due diligence, developing financial models, preparing transaction documents and monitoring investments.
    • Assist with all other aspects of industry-focused company initiatives.
    • Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
    • Assist managers with ad hoc projects / assignments

Requirements:

    • Min bachelor’s degree with a preference in Business & Management/MBA
    • Having min 4 years of working experience in fast paced environment (Private Equity, consulting, Investment Banking); fresh graduates from reputable university with relevant internship experience is welcome to try.
    • Solid understanding of financial statements and financial modeling
    • Structured and analytical – able to translate from analysis to relevant insights, and follow up on execution with relevant parties.
    • M&A execution experience - including managing due diligence and transaction documentation processes - is advantage
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Fluency in English is a must)
    • High energy level and proactive attitude
