Job Description

About The Program

JTI Top Gun is the 12 months of the development program to prepare IBM JTI Future Leader and Subject Matter Expert in IT Field. The trainee will be equipped with extensive learning, consists of in-class training from professional development institut on-the-job assignments, and also mentoring & coaching from IBM JTI Executives.
Minimum Qualifications

Recent graduates of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with minimum CGPA 3.50/4.00.

Passionate in IT Infrastructure or Software Engineering

Have good skills in leadership, communication, analytical thinking, high integrity, adaptability, good presentation, and problem-solving.

Have a competitive spirit and high motivation to learn.

Actively involved in organization/volunteer activity.

English proficiency is a must.
