About the role: As Customer Success agent, you’ll be part of our merchant engaging activity, specifically enhancing the use of our features by majoopreneurs. You’ll main responsibility is to convince majoopreneurs to maximize their utility of our products. To succeed, you’ll have to utilize your expertise through upstanding communication and product knowledge.
What you will do : Responsible to achieve daily target set by management with potential customers over the phone
Maintain high customer satisfaction by listening to the customers needs to generate repeated sales and sustainable stickiness
Communicate customer experience and feedback to product and related team in the mean to improve product quality
Report daily activity to direct superior
What you will need : At least 1 year experience in merchant engagement, account executive, account manager, call center or any related fields
Experience in handling merchant or customer
Preferred diploma or bachelor degree
Profound orientation both to customer and to target
Eloquent communication skill
High willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
