Job Description

Be the key enabler of the respective BE Segment/Site to achieve Operational Excellence. Drive the implementation of the Automation roadmap and define the mid/long-term Automation roadmap to secure mid/long-term productivity needs.
In your new role you will:

Be the key enabler of the respective BE Segment/Site to achieve Operational Excellence.
Drive the implementation of IE standards and KPIs and the actual improvement in Personnel(P), Capital(C), Material(M), and Area(A) Efficiencies.
Drive the implementation of the Standard Production Management system and the optimization of Cycle time and Utilization at the respective Segment/Site.
Drive and manage the overall Productivity program (NLoP) at BE segment/site, which should include the execution of current year-defined measures and to secure mid/long-term productivity pipelines.
Drive the implementation of the Automation roadmap and define the mid/long-term Automation roadmap to secure mid/long-term productivity needs.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Possesses basic knowledge on P-C-M-A efficiencies improvement & WIP Flow improvement, for respective scope.
Possesses advanced knowledge on hardware/ software automation with >7 yrs of experience in Automation projects.
Equipped with >7yr experience to drive segment/site overall productivity roadmap, and to secure NLOP pipelines to fulfill productivity targets defined in TCR & LTCR, for respective scope.
Drive deployment of yearly segment/site level Automation roadmap and consolidate harvesting of benefit from completed projects.
Possess basic knowledge of Production Management focusing on 4-P synchronization, and supports the implementation of defined measures in CTS reduction and Optimization of utilization & cycle time.
Support implementation of MES and Prod Performance report.
Assess Automation readiness and analyze gaps. Recommend actions to close the gaps.
