Job Description

Execute employer branding online and offline activities, such as plan, create and manage content for Lifeatpaper Instagram account

Plan, create and manage content for company internal information distribution

Handle Paper.id internal Social Media (Instagram & LinkedIn)

Innovate, implement and coordinate employee engagement and culture internalization related programs such as onboarding, culture campaign programs, and appreciation programs, to boost positive vibes of employee and create highly engaged employee

Being the liaison and tailoring rollout of various people initiatives, e.g., employee engagement surveys, various communications, and company-wide celebrations.

Plan, implement and coordinate internal events and activities for Paper.id Employees
At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, and/or another relevant field.

Familiarity and experience with social media

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Preferably someone who has experience in a VUCA environment/start-up.

Preferably someone who can also do graphic design or content writing.
