Job Description

1. Industry experience as an effective technical writer at least 2 years
2. Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
3. Experience using XML tools to create documentation
4. Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
5. Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
6. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
7. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
8. Good problem-solving skills
9. Experience Using JIRA Tools

min 2Th+ experience.
