Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop marketing strategies to align with brand strat-map
  • Manage marketing budget and align budget with monthly marketing activities, advertising and campaigns
  • Communicate with target audiences and develop customer relationships
  • Increase brand awareness through KOL strategy, digital ads and campaign
  • Run social media channels and produce creative content
  • Work closely with in-house design team to design all marketing materials - Organize online and offline events
  • Develop and strengthen brand partnerships
  • Conduct market research and focus groups

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree Marketing / Public Relations
  • Minimum 3 - 4 year experience in retail industry would be a plus
  • Good communication, presentation skill, like wise good selling and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian, both writing and speaking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
