Sales, Marketing and Product Development (65%)
Develop the sales and client management team to drive diversified, profitable growth. Establish and develop the brand in Indonesia, and lead our presence as primary ambassador in the region. Play an active role in larger new business development. Ensure we maintain an active funnel of prospects, and drive new channel assessment and development. Ensure high client satisfaction both during the on-boarding process and throughout their relationship with us. Expand our product offering, including outpatient services, as well as the traditional lines of business: Travel, Expat and Destination. Act as an industry expert in our market, to the benefit of the business both locally and globally. Provide senior leadership support for client and prospect visits.
Strategic Leadership (25%)
Working closely with the head office and key internal resources to drive the development of a comprehensive strategic plan to profitably grow the business, including product, marketing, sales, service, operations, finance, systems, HR, etc. Communicate the strategic plan to stakeholders and educate and mobilize the employees in the understanding and attainment of the organization's vision and goals; ensure high levels of employee engagement. Lead the successful implementation of the strategic plan, and make sure it is updated to reflect evolving market and internal realities. This requires hands-on involvement with the management team to ensure cohesiveness and collaboration throughout implementation. Drive the development of clear measures and reporting capabilities that allow monitoring of all activities that will lead to success relative to the plan. Work closely with head office to ensure compliance with pricing, systems, financial, legal and HR guidelines, both from a corporate perspective and a regulatory perspective. Contribute to the global strategy by developing and sharing local market expertise, identifying regional or global opportunities and proposing solutions accordingly.
Operational Oversight (10%)
Maintain strong reputation for providing an excellent customer experience. Be accountable for key financial indicators, including budgets and forecasts, P&L, as well as non-financial key indicators such as service levels, productivity levels, and customer complaints. Ensure the identification, assessment and implementation of strategies which enhance our services and productivity, on an on-going basis. This includes a review of our existing systems and processes. Work closely with global functions to support global network capability by providing efficient access to a quality network of providers in Indonesia. Ensure the development and implementation of the systems and service capabilities, including local networks, to support new products. Develop and implement healthcare cost containment strategies to enhance savings in the local market, to the benefit of their clients and value proposition. Ensure that new business is effectively evaluated for profit potential and its capacity to be effectively integrated into operations in concert with the strategic plan. Ensure all new business is efficiently and effectively implemented into all aspects of our organization. Ensure the consistent delivery and improvement of our value proposition. Optimize the profitability margins by balancing effective and quality throughput versus operational cost efficiency. Ensure the initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention are identified and successfully implemented. Work closely with the head office management to continue to execute on integration activities through process & synergy optimization as well as cultural alignment.
