Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the senior leadership team in defining group strategy and new ventures and partner with business leaders to drive market insights and competitive intelligence and other strategic initiatives
  • Cultivate relationships with senior executives across the organization and across the tech and adjacent ecosystem with industry players, startups, and investors to be at the forefront of new developments
  • Work with functional and product teams to standardize business process and KPIs
  • Lead and contribute to strategic projects across different functions and/or businesses through the OKR process
  • Train and mentor other members of the team and invest in enhancing existing processes, and recruiting and developing new team members.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from top university. MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience. Work experience in consulting / corporate development/ banking / strategy is preferred
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficient in developing effective presentation decks to C-levels
  • Excellent project management skills to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects
  • Fluid personality to effectively maneuver across various layers of internal and external stakeholders
  • Work effectively in dealing with ambiguity
