Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :

  • Bertanggung jawab merespon seluruh pertanyaan pelanggan, komplain, penjualan dan pembayaran dalam batas waktu yang telah ditentukan secara akurat
  • Memberikan layanan yang baik dan tepat untuk semua kebutuhan pelanggan
  • Memiliki kemauan untuk membantu pelanggan
  • Memberikan respon dan solusi yang cepat terhadap semua keluhan pelanggan.
  • Menindak lanjuti dan memastikan bahwa pelanggan mendapatkan solusi yang tepat utk setiap permasalahannya.

  • Min D3
  • Memiliki penampilah rapih dan menarik
  • Memiliki pengalaman Min 1 tahun di bidang telekomunikasi (Fresh graduate dipersilahkan melamar)
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan efektif
  • Siap bekerja dengan sistem shifting
  • Memiliki jiwa service customer dengan baik
  • Penempatan Jabodetabek.
