Job Description

We’re looking for a fun and creative individual with a passion for fashion to oversee our Brands and our existing team. You’ll be front and center heading our 2 brands, Sophistix and AZZAR. We want you to be approachable and quick on your feet. Being a small team we’d love a hands on approach and a positive attitude (no negativity here). And most of all we want you to grow with us!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategizing for our two fashion brands for each month and maintaining a wide lens throughout the year.
  • Meeting monthly sales targets set by CEO
  • You’ll be directly answerable to the CEO
  • Managing a team of 3-4 individuals, with potential of more!
  • Stock Management
  • Maximizing stock at various locations
  • Choosing appropriate stock to match consumers at locations
  • Communicating with MDs and maintaining close relationship throughout the year
  • Creating monthly regular promotions and joining existing promotions for Offline and Online locations
  • Work closely with marketing team for monthly brand awareness campaigns through social media platforms
  • Developing brand image and upholding a strong public presence for both brands

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years experience in a similar capacity
  • A strategy mindset, have a keen eye for the best path for two fashion brands
  • A passion for fashion and an understanding of trends is a must!
  • Experience working in e commerce and offline management
  • Familiarity with Social Media Marketing: instagram, facebook & TikTok
  • Confident presenter, comfortable in external meetings
  • Microsoft Suites Skills
  • Understanding of Visual Display Protocols for Offline Locations or familiarity working with Visual Design Team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work independently

Nice To Have:

  • Adobe Suites skills
  • Familiarity with ACCURATE Accounting Software
  • Experience working with design

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp6,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
