Roles
As the Social Media Specialist at DomaiNesia, your main role is to creating and administering content on all social media platforms to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. Also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design. Ideal candidate is motivated and a problem solver; exhibits thoughtful reasoning skills; uses data to inform decisions; and obsessed with all things social and online presence.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop strategy to boost social media growth.
Create relevant content to increase brand awareness and sales leads.
Managed, scheduling, and oversaw social media content.
Administering all DomaiNesia social media accounts to ensure up-to-date content.
Brainstorming and collaborating with marketing team and/or other team.
Building engagement through social media platform.
Analyze campaign and social media performance.
Requirements
Get things done; self-driven; willing to learn; team player; love challenges; influential person.
Bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent in a related field.
1-3 years of full-time experience in social media.
Strong interest in technology, website, social media.
Advance skill and knowledge of each social media channel as platform, format, medium, and tools.
Any a video and/or visual graphic skill is a bonus points.
