Job Description
As the PMO Manager (Project Management Office), you will be leading specific cross-function projects with significant business impacts. The successful candidate will lead Teams in within Logistics environment, lead project integration in which involves multiple business functions, managing expectations from operational level up to top management level, and be able to perform structured project management methodologies. Exposure in projects that transform our Business model, Improve Operations, implement new technologies & setting up new / improved facilities, processes and systems.
Key Tasks & responsibilities
Reports to PMO Head, your main role will be to support in managing specific project portfolios, driving the executions of project/s in achieving high impact business objectives, with clear project management scope, timeline, and resources.
Understand the strategic direction, translate a business plan to a work plan, and set day-to-day operational priorities accordingly
Set an example for the company value behaviors
Working with related key stakeholders in defining project scope and objectives, workstream development, project planning, governance as well as structured periodical meeting.
Maintain engagement & involvement of all relevant stakeholders in ensuring ownership and accountability of the project.
Manage relationship with multiple stakeholders across different functions and level from ops on the ground to top management, develop working relationship with different functions, for the completion of project objectives and tasks.
Build a team or connections of engagement and trust with multiple stakeholders
Perform data analysis to support decision making, develop progress report documents, present and manage expectation of stakeholders.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects, report and escalate as needed.
Integrate multiple functions within the initiatives of the project, align common goals from the point of view of end-customer, and resolves different expectations from stakeholders.
Perform Project risk management initiatives through identify potential risk on project objectives, escalate and resolve when applicable.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Engineering, business, Logistics.
5 - 7 years of project management, project Implementation, or related project experience in Logistics Business with e-commerce background would be advantages
Ability to work with tight datelines from ad-hoc requests
Aimed effectiveness and excellence service oriented
Ability to adapt into different type of projects and have flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, where change is the only constant
Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Highly numerical, detail-oriented, methodical and self-motivated.
Experience in leading high impact to business projects with at full project life cycle
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Excellent analytical skill, comfortable to work on Excel’s pivotable, VLookUp, etc.
Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions, punctuality and able to work independently under sustained pressure
Capability to Work in a matrix organization between local venture and regional management
Good interpersonal skills, approachable and have the ability to connect quickly with various stakeholders, as well as partnering with cross-functional team.
Experience with tech/system-based environment, Warehouse management and Transportation Management system.
Effectively bilingual in both English and local language a must
Identify, analyze and implement improvements to the technical limits and human interfaces of the manufacturing processes.
Analytical with a keen eye for detail.
