Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Build and maintain good relationship with customers / tenants
  • Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as Tenant Relation, preferably experience in Shopping Center
  • Computer literate (Ms.Office)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity
  • Willing to be placed in Surabaya
