Job Description

A booking agency in Umalas, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Guest Experience Coordinator (Full-time).

Responsibilities:

  • Emailing guests about pre-arrival requests such as flight arrival details
  • Coordinating freelance drivers to collect guests and take them to various Villas
  • Communicating with Villa Managers about guest arrival time and requirements (eg: dinner on the first evening or bedding configuration)
  • Coordinating equipment to be at the Villas before guest arrival (Baby cots, toy baskets, welcome pack, etc)
  • Coordinating external suppliers such as pool fence hire or day tours
  • Supporting our sales and accounts payable staff with general administrative tasks in the office
  • Handling any queries and resolving guest complaints that may arise promptly, efficiently and pleasantly
  • Ensuring all guest billing is prepared prior to departure to avoid any delays or discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Indonesian Citizen
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication
  • Proven work experience in the villa industry
  • Deep knowledge of guest relations
  • Outstanding communication ability
  • Computer literate (basic outlook, word and excel skills)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
  • Personally owning a bike and laptop is preferred
  • Background in hospitality or relevant field is preferred
  • Drivers License and willingness to drive guests on occasion
