Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Will deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers
  • Analyse data and statistics to isolate and identify areas of improvement
  • Continuously identify work process improvements
  • Take responsilbility for regular updates of the effectiveness of these plans in order to improve quality service and adapt all communication plans to reflect the changing needs of target audiences

Requirements

  • S1 any major, from reputable university
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Advanced in Excel & Power Point)
  • Experience in data analytic and reporting (related to Customer Experience)
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of a variety of survey design and research methods
  • Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang
