Job Description

Responsibilities:
Discover new opportunities and create projects related but not limited to product/feature development to drive growth in the company

Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to manage the entire cycle of growth projects

Understand the changes in data and make decisions based on it

Analyze customer funnel to locate points of possible improvement

Perform A/B testing to optimize the existing and future products/features

Follow latest trends on the ecommerce and fashion industry, understand the customer, and know the competition to make informed decisions

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in business/marketing or similar fields

Experienced in growth strategy for at least 5 years

Strong leadership and project management skills

Resilient and result-driven

Knowledgeable in technology products

Strong analytical skills, able to work with complex customer data

Ability to work with cross-functional teams
