Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the operation of a woven and cut and sewn knit garment factory

  • Manage and motivate the production team

  • Follow up orders from sampling to garment delivery

  • Improve the production efficiency

  • Coordination with Hong Kong Office and Indonesia factory


Requirements

  • Form 5 or above

  • At least 10 years of solid woven and cut and sewn knit garment manufacturing experience in sizable factory with minimum 5 years' of supervisory experience

  • Solid experience on set up a factory would be advantage

  • Strong in production management, leadership and execution power

  • Strong in problem solving, communication and negotiation skill

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

  • Proactive and good interpersonal skill

  • Able to adapt in a challenging environment

  • Stationed in Indonesia



Salary: Negotiable
