Ensures that all Transfer for Departure and Arrival are properly administrated, Cars are ready and at the guest disposal at the correct time

Initiate contact with guests entering the hotel

Deliver messages, packages and facsimiles within 10 minutes of receipt
Actively listen and communicate specific guest request accurately to the Porter, Reception and PBX colleagues to ensure complete follow up
Recording all luggage in and out and ensures that it is delivered in correct time
Offer guest an attentive firewall, which will not end until the vehicle, (Lilo, taxi) has pulled away from the curb
Maintain cleanliness of luggage store room
Daily inventory off all luggage in store room
Organize the delivery or pick up of items outside the hotel as required by guest
Ensure the correct amount of newspaper are being ordered
Handling of email correspondence and any specific arrangement guests may have
Requirements :
2 years Concierge experience in a luxury hotel in Jakarta.
Being a member of Clefs d’Or would be an advantage.
Able to communicate written and spoken English and Indonesian.
Excellent overall communication skills.
Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
The ability to work well in a team environment.
Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Must be professional and possess excellent presentation, organization, and effective time management skills.
Must have very strong knowledge of the restaurants, bars, nightclubs, theatres and attractions in Jakarta.
Flexible schedules and working hours; willingness to work weekends & holidays required.
Knowledge of computers and systems, preferably Springer Miller Systems and InfoGenesis.
Successful problem-solving skills.
