Skill Requirement:
We are looking at you have between 2 to 3 years experience in digital project or product management.
Bachelors degree in information technology, information systems, or other relevant subjects required.
Have good understanding of the digital landscape, website and mobile application technologies such as APIs, CMS, Customer Engagement Platforms, Cloud, CRM and System Integrations.
Experience in using collaboration software and other project management tools (e.g. Trello).
Have competency in using Excel, Power point and good documentation skill
Detail oriented and have a strong analytical, and problem-solving skill
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English
Must have experience in CRM System, Big Data or customer engagement platform (Moengage, Clevertap, etc)
Communicate and converse effectively in real time with youth and adults from multiple backgrounds and.
