Responsibilities

The role is reporting directly to SVP Partner & Loyalty Marketing where you’ll be tasked to:
Generate and supervise a creative idea for creative marketing communications materials following both Partner & Internal brand guidelines
Develop the overall look or style for both digital & offline advertising campaigns
Involved in brand development, including a strong understanding of how to incorporate a brand throughout all aspects of a campaign
Defend your best ideas with passion and strong rationales
Collaborate with other departments to optimize the creative ideas
Working closely to meet business objectives with AVPs, Campaign Project Manager, & Copywriter to determine the best visual output

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience working as an art director in an advertising company or a corporate marketing team
The ability to create a comprehensive creative concept, and translate creative briefs into a powerful creative idea
Strong creative and persuasive art direction and visual creative skills
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, Communication design, or any relevant subject
Have a good learning attitude, a strong self-drive to keep progressing
Know what you want, be able to articulate it well, and the perseverance to defend it
Team player with good communication and ability to build and maintain a relationship
People observer with strong empathy
Someone with a good potential of leadership and ability to influence & persuade people
Sufficient knowledge about brand management
Good computer graphic skill, familiar with Adobe creative suite application
Open to new challenges and upcoming trends, and are excited to explore them
Participation in various award tryouts will be an advantage
