Job Overview
. To ensure mass-production capability of final test Tester System
. To ensure Tester System performance and achieve KPIs, like cycle time, yield, through put etc.
. To pre-accept, release and maintain machines according to the specifications
. To ensure Uptime / To reduce unscheduled downtime of Tester System
. To workout proposals and solutions to reduce spare parts and maintenance budget
Job Description
. Act as an interface and responsible for all tester system and test program topics with focus on Maintenance
. To be responsible for pre-acceptance and release of testers including support in set-up, fine tuning, sustaining and maintenance
. To support in assuring readiness of the Tester System according to specifications and execution of maintenance and calibration plan. Also, secondary responsible for process of Tester System.
. To be the active support and execution of Tester System and test program related trouble shooting, analysis, repair and documentation of downtime root-cause including localization of failures on test system also in combination with the complete testing unit, carries and products.
. To support and guide operators (as per Work Instructions) and execution of maintenance activities.
. To contact and cooperate with test system supplier in case of complex issues and for spare parts management
. To ensure cooperation in the simultaneous engineering teams, project teams, 8D team (also lead teams) and hold lots dispose
. To act as a contact person for test system suppliers and engineering as equipment owner for all issues including appointments, technical discussions and questions, delivery dates.
. To support tester system related documents: Work instructions, trouble-shooting guides, release and maintenance guideline, process FMEA, control plan, etc.
. Act as active support to achieve yield and test time target achievement and the improvement
. To support analysis of Test data and MES to derive and implement optimizations regarding test time, yield and test depth
. To execute any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.
Ability to work in production

Qualifications

. Minimum 3 years to 5 years working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferable at least 3 years of semiconductor testing engineering
. At least a bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Software, Mechanical with semiconductor exposure
. Possess strong communication skills and able to transfer technical knowledge with various operations team members
. A detailed & accurate mindset person
. Able to perform technical analysis on testers
. Candidate must be competent in electrical and electronical skills as well as problem solving skills
. Proficient to lead technical discussion together with equipment supplier and engineering team
. Capable to train technicians & instruct operators on how to fulfil their tasks
. Able to determine cost saving and quality improvement potential in the area
. Able to understand the correlations on quality, cost and delivery and derive cost saving measures
. Open for business trip and able to travel to China and Germany for training
