This function will be reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager and will be based at Firmenich Indonesia Cileungsi Plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate one or more of the following Categories of Maintenance Technician Activities and may have additional tasks within each:
  • Troubleshooting (problem diagnosis) and repair of complex equipment breakdowns
  • Responsible for installing, repairing, and monitoring industrial processing, production machinery and Utility equipment
  • Performing preventive maintenance tasks which require a (more than basic) technical knowledge such as mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Analyzing repetitive failures or downtime causes and make improvement to meet downtime target.
  • For all types of work, the Maintenance technician monitors whether the work is being carried out in accordance with the plan and reports the work order status, progress and technical findings to the Team Leader and Engineering and Maintenance Manager.
  • The Maintenance technician performs a commissioning check according the prepared guidelines.
  • Performing the works by following Quality, Health, Safety and Environment requirement
  • Performing the works by following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirement
  • Performing related engineering administration work and maintain spare part inventory

  • 1-2 years related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
