What we are looking for

We are looking for logistic support in day to day tasks that are under responsibility of country logistics team related to procurements of goods and services, stocks and Assets management and good record management in order to have all the relevant details in a good order and provide timely and efficient support in procurements, assets disposals and documents archiving in electronic form for good audit trails to be used in future.

Objective

• To provide support in day to day logistics tasks.
• Support in receiving the goods being procured by Oxfam, preparation of Goods Receipt Notes and its reporting to logistics officer for record maintenance in system.
• Support in sending the documents to relevant persons through courier service and keeping its track to ensure documents are reached at final destination in timely manner and also payments are being received by courier company for their services without delay.
• Support in reconciling assets lists and its physical verification for updation of logistics records
• Create a good physical and electronic record of all of the relevant documents related to procurements of goods and services, stocks and Assets procurements and disposals and any other relevant to logistics team.
• Keeping a track of all procurement requests and maintain its updated status where the process has been reached on bi-weekly basis.

Output

• Well maintained physical and electronic records related to logistics.
• Timey delivery of documents/ assets /stocks to relevant parties.
• An up to date procurements tracking sheet by end of every week
• Reconciled and verified complete assets list
