Job Description

1. Preparation of Main Group Consolidation Package to Schedules for submission to GAR Corporate Finance (Singapore team)
2. Coordinating the financial audit process for both regular audit and limited review for the purpose of corporate action, working with external auditors and other related departments, delivering audit reports with unqualified audit opinion
3. Quality Assurance of all financial reports, maintaining compliance to GAAP and giving guidance on implementation of new accounting standards
4. Contribution to value-creation projects "Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
