Job Duty :

Supervise the quality of the production line.
Analyze quality problems found in the field.
Coordinate with related departments on existing quality problems.
Execute and monitor the results of decisions on the quality of production results.
Receive complaints from external customers.
Create an action plan to eliminate problems – PICA (Continual Improvement).
Manage laboratory activities to run effectively and efficiently.
Prepare reports and sign documents according to existing procedures.
Mastering ISO 17025
Make weekly/monthly quality reports
Controlling the course of new projects, Modifications and product development as a team leader

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Metalurgy, Industrial Engineering, Sains or related from reputable university.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Have expertise of mechanical engineering especially in automation systems, small moving parts/mechanism design, high precision robotics, manufacturing process, and mechatronics.
Accurate, attention to detail, tactful, and a fast learner is a must.
Have an excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Have a superb creativity, logic, vision, and problem-solving skills.
Have a good communication skill in English both oral and written.
Willing to work in Tangerang, Banten.
